Although Clifford House primarily provide placements for children and young people, we are also in the process of developing a dedicated Adult Care Service.

We have provided individual Adult Placements for young people who have lived with us for some time and have reached their 18th birthday. There are a range of options available including supported lodgings (usually based with a family placement), supported independence placements and fully staffed individual placements.

A 12-bedroom property has also recently been acquired in the Hereford area and is currently being refurbished to provide a resource for adults with mild learning difficulties.
