  • The majority of those in our care attend our DoE school The Larches, Leominster.
  • Tuition is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of experienced and qualified teachers supported by staff.
  • Pupils are taught individually or in small groups in carefully chosen and adapted units that offer a safe and nurturing but task-focused and ambitious environment.
  • Individual Education Plans are designed by the teaching staff to focus attention on the particular needs of pupils.
  • External validation of pupil achievement is pursued through AEB Achievement Tests in Literacy and Numeracy, Basic Tests, GCSEs, NVQs and Certificates of Achievement.
  • We maintain close links with local secondary schools and look to integrate those young people who can demonstrate an appropriate degree of progress back into mainstream education.

By providing each individual with a place at our own DoE-registered school, we aim to improve the educational experience of the children in our care and, in so doing, to give them better future life chances.
