Children find themselves being taken into care for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes at the request of their parents; sometimes against a parent’s wishes. Many have been victims of neglect, deprivation or rejection, or simply have a history of concerns over their well-being.

Clifford House was founded in 1989 and is a nationally recognised organisation offering a full range of modern resources capable of meeting some of the most complex and challenging care, education and health needs of these looked after children and young people.

Through our best value residential and foster placements, we aim to improve outcomes for all of those in our care by providing them with the stability, education and matching that is so necessary to help give them better life chances.
